Order Cancellations & Changes

Once the order is completed, cancellation will not be possible. This is because some products, such as special cuts and personalized items, are prepared according to the specifications chosen by the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for being available to receive the order at the provided address within the 2-hour window. If the customer requests a no-contact delivery (leaving the order outside), Villa Brazil Meat Market is not responsible for any loss, theft, or spoilage.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Deliveries on Tottenham Stadium Event Days

Customers acknowledge that delivery times may be significantly affected on event days at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium due to traffic congestion and road access restrictions. If access to the delivery address is restricted, the order will be returned to the store and rescheduled for the next business day. A new delivery fee may apply.

If the customer chooses the weight or cut incorrectly, Villa Brazil Meat Market cannot exchange or resend the product, due to the personalized nature of the cut and the perishable nature of the meat.

13. Deliveries on Tottenham Stadium Event Days

On days when there are events at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, delivery times may exceed the usual 2 hours due to street access restrictions and increased traffic in the region. We recommend that customers check the event schedule in advance for peace of mind regarding their delivery. If the driver is unable to access the delivery street due to blockages, detours, or restrictions imposed by the events, the order will be returned to the store, and the delivery will be rescheduled for the next business day. In this case, a new delivery fee will be charged.
