Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within 2 hours of placing the order, subject to availability. Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery Driver Policy
The delivery driver will only attempt delivery once. If no one is available to receive the order, it may be returned to the store, and a new delivery fee may be charged.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within 2 hours, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable for delays outside our reasonable control. In such cases, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
Product Quality & Freshness
We take pride in providing fresh, high-quality products. Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery and notify us promptly of any issue.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Refunds or replacements will only be offered if items are delivered incorrect or defective. Claims must be submitted within 30 minutes of delivery and supported by photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Once the order is completed, cancellation will not be possible. This is because some products, such as special cuts and personalized items, are prepared according to the specifications chosen by the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for being available to receive the order at the provided address within the 2-hour window. If the customer requests a no-contact delivery (leaving the order outside), Villa Brazil Meat Market is not responsible for any loss, theft, or spoilage.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the order. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, road closures, government restrictions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

Weights & Meat Cuts
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct weight and cut options at checkout. Due to the personalized and perishable nature of these products, exchanges or re-delivery will not be provided for incorrect selections.

- a) Fresh Meats: All images of meats available on our website are illustrative and produced within our butcher shop. The appearance of the meat may vary depending on the type of animal, the requested cut, and the natural conditions of the product.
- b) Grocery Products: The images of grocery products are also merely illustrative. Packaging and brands may vary according to the supplier and stock availability.
Deliveries on Tottenham Stadium Event Days
Customers acknowledge that delivery times may be significantly affected on event days at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium due to traffic congestion and road access restrictions. If access to the delivery address is restricted, the order will be returned to the store and rescheduled for the next business day. A new delivery fee may apply.
