Overview
You have up to 30 days after purchase to request an exchange or return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
For the return to be accepted:
- The item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns of the following items:
- Perishable products (such as frozen meats, açaí, pulps, snacks, etc.)
- Opened personal hygiene or cosmetic products
- Gift cards or digital vouchers
- Digital download products
- Health and safety items
- Any item returned after 30 days of delivery
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In some cases, we may grant a partial refund, such as:
- Product with visible signs of use
- Damaged or missing packaging
- Return received after 30 days but within a reasonable time (at our discretion)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send an email to confirm.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.
Refund Processing Time
The internal processing time for refunds after return approval is up to 5 business days. After that, the time for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method and bank, and may take an additional 3 to 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or card provider — it may take a few business days for the amount to appear.

Sale Items
Only items with regular price may be refunded.
Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded, except in cases of defect or shipping error.
Exchanges
We only replace products in case of defect, damage, or order error.

- The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of error or defect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- We are not responsible for returns not received.
Gifts
If you received the item as a gift and it was sent directly to you, the amount will be refunded as a store credit.
If the gift was sent to the buyer, the refund will be issued directly to them.
